Epitaph Labs is building the Epitaph Library Kanban tooling as a reusable desktop Kanban system with encrypted-at-rest board storage, project templates, file-change scanning, work notes, and local automation for keeping sprint cards aligned with actual code changes. The customization layer is planned around adaptable columns, card fields, labels, templates, and project vocabulary so each board can match the way a team already works.
